Technique for the Efective and Smart Study

If you are in the search of technique for the efective and smart study.
here I am going to reveal most effective and easy technique for smart study in a scientific way:

1. Taking smart Notes

Good notes-taking is the spare parts of effective study. If you are doing
it well, you will set yourself up for the grand success, and the clean
arranged group of lecture notes, lab manuals, readings, pictures, and
maps will be the envy of your classmates.

When you study, your notes should must mind the entire
sequence of ideas presented in class. Organize your notes into an
outline form. This will help to clarify your thoughts about a
topic, and will have the added benefits of facilitating the study when
you have to prepare for an exam. If some notice parts of a lecture
or presentation is missing from your notes, consult with your textbook and
ask other students or your instructor for help to solve your issue.

2. Study in Chunks

Research shows clearly that most people are only focus for short chunks of time, usually between 25 and 40 minutes or so. Therefore, to avoid studying or working in mega-sessions that last many hours without a break. Instead, experts generally recommend studying in short chunks, which can be broken up by taking small gap of 5 minute in between. Different people have different prompt time periods, so experiment with this method to find your ideal focal length.

3. Use the Rule of Three.

The most famous Rule of 3 says that you just have to get three things done. Make a beautiful to do list and only put the next three things you have to do on it. Give each of those things a good crossing-out once you finish it (will make it satisfying). Once you’ve finished those, create your next list. Make sure that each item is so small enough that you can easily finish it on time. This will help you to break down your bulk list of items into simpler ones.

4. Establish a study zone.

Some people like silent places like me, others will need a little bit of background noise. Which one do you prefer? If there is too much going on at your house then maybe it’s time to think about going to the library or a coffee bar and using headphones.

Make sure you have the necessary items with you when you are sitting for study. You’ll need a desk must be big enough to spread your essential items such as books, laptop, paper and supplies.

Study in your favourite lighting is also important for everyone when studying. If you want to preserve your eyesight and maximize your time and energy, then choose lighting that will not cause eyestrain or fatigue so you can keep your study session effective at any time of the day.

Don’t be afraid to set up rules when you’re in your study zone. Let people living with you know that when your door is closed, it means you do not want to be disturbed. Try not to respond to phone calls or texts, this will break your concentration and you will lose focus and this happens in most of the cases.

5. UNDERSTAND YOUR LEARNING STYLE

Your learning style is definitely yours and no one can take it.This isn’t necessarily a good study habit, to-say, but understanding how you learn and study best is an excellent location to start. Do you learn best from watching a video or looking at diagrams? Or does listening to your professor or teacher lecture about a topic suddenly make everything crystal clear? Are you someone who can read a chapter and understand how the human body work?

6. Take Smart Notes

Taking notes is an integral part of studying. For grand success, you need to review your notes the in right way. After class, you should review what you wrote down during the lecture — then enlarge on those notes based on what you remember but didn’t write down. Do this as soon as possible after the class to solidify knowledge in your brain.

7. Quiz Yourself and Your Friends

Don’t wait for an exam to test about your knowledge – test yourself
first. Make mock test questions, and try to answer them correctly.
Or get a friend, a team, or family member to quiz you on
concept and offer to help other students with their work. It’s a
great way to know that what you’ve learned and to find out what you
still need to learn. It will also help you to improve your memory to recall.

8. Take Care of Yourself

Health is wealth. You’ll study better if you’re feeling well and in good healty condition. In short I say, do as
you’ve perhaps been told in all your life: eat well, drink plenty of
water, get adequate sleep, and exercise regularly!
Good Food can help to fuel your
studies or can make you tired early into your study time. Too
much sugar or caffeine, for instance, can interfere with
concentration.

Try these foods to help your brain running at full
power:

Proteins Eg:fish, eggs, meat, and dairy
Fruits and vegetables
Nuts and seeds

9. Mnemonics

I use to make a lot of mnemonics when topics become irritating.Last but not least, one of the most powerful methods for effective studying is mnemonics. We’ve written about these methods in the past, so you can head on over to that blog post to learn more about how to use mnemonics for learning.

Did any of these given methods help you? If so? What are other advanced study tips do you use that I didn’t include on this given list? Let me know in the comments!
